Keep the circle open
The circle is our favorite shape. It says: no sharp corners, no hidden back rows. Everyone can see, everyone can be seen. When we sit in a circle, we rotate tasks, we listen in turns, and we leave a gap — an open spot — to welcome the next person.
Why the open gap?
You might have noticed it in the favicon. The circle is not closed. That gap reminds us to stay permeable: to let air in, to let people in, to let ideas move.
